For any of you who would like to get the High Step at a reasonable price, you can do as I did:
I've bought mine via the Discovery Channel web site. When you go on the canadian site to access the on-line store, they direct you to the US website.
It takes 2-3 business days to receive it.
No broker fees
No custom fees
Shipping: 24.95$ via UPS
Only GST to pay upon receipt: 10.89$ CDN
+ You get the High Step Circuit DVD (although they mention VHS in description on web)
Hint: search the net for coupons for the discovery channel store. I ended up saving 10$ off my purchase.
Result: I paid mine 59.95$ + 24.95$ Shipping = 84.90$US = 97.54$ + 10.89$CDN
