Hi Cathe!
I was wondering if it is ok to mix up my weight workouts and still get results? I was thinking of changing it up each week and doing say chest slow and heavy, back pyramind, shoulders gym style, biceps PS and triceps Xpress and then switching it around every week. I am not sure if it is better to stick with one style or not. Any thoughts?
