Hi Cathe,
I was just wondering if it is possible to get good results doing a body part per day in 10 -15 minutes (for upper body work). I was doing about 30 minutes and find that with cardio and stretching I land up doing close to 2 hours per day (which is hard to keep up with 3 little kids and teaching at night). I realize I won't get the muscle development that you have (which is amazing!) and probably couldn't anyway (I have more of a physique like Rhondas without all the muscle tone). I am also trying to include a total body and circuit class once a week as well as 50 -60 minutes of legs once a week on top of 4 or 5 cardios of 30-usually 60 minutes long.
Thanks for reading my post!
