I did "floorwork" every day, in fact twice a day, prescribed by my physical therapist after a severe hip injury. I did leg lifts (front, back, inner, outer), hamstring curls, and butt lifts (whatever they're called). I also had to do side step ups and alternating steps onto a step box. I did 20 reps of each with 3-lb ankle weights - Except for the stepping - no ankle weights there. I did that for four months, 2x/day. My therapist recommended that I continue it at least 3x/week.
