Can you buy 6, 7, 13 or 14 lb. dumbbells?

I just checked out the website that Nancy provided. They've got a great selection of different sized dumbbells, but again, the shipping is prohibitive.

I was looking at a set of 17 lb dumbbells for around $22.00. The shipping is right at $19.00. I guess you just have to resolve yourself to paying $40+ for a pair of dumbbells... or about twice as much as the actual cost of the dumbbells.

That's the problem with ordering weights...their weight makes shipping very costly. Platemates are better (lighter) , but the best is to find a local store that has what you want or can special order it. They want your business, so if they can find it, they will.

Power Sports has them and check Play It Again Sports. PIAS is 40c a pound vs Dicks at 50c. Also you can trade in weights. They have both new and used, including iron and the weights that Jari use.
