I'm 55 years old, I wear a size 10-12. I really don't look my age and I don't dress like I'm 55. I would love to get rid of this layer of fat also called a muffin top when you wear low rise jeans. I also can't seem toget rid of the fat on my back. I recently upped my workouts to six days alternating step and weights. I do watch what I eat most of the time. Any suggestions?
