Can I use slim n lean by Jari Love in place of Muscle Endurance ?

Absolutely. They are the same kind of workout. Endurance strength training.

I can see no reason at all why you couldn't. Actually I think as far as endurance Slim & Lean is more difficult. I do not think ME does the 5 minutes for each segment that Slim & Lean does.
