Can I substitute KPC for Kick Max?

I want to do the Hardcore Series rotation, but don't have Kick Max. Can I use KPC instead?

Thankyou so much for all your hard work Cathe!

I'm not Cathe, but KPC is an excellent substitute for Kick Max. It should fit into your rotation just fine.

Hi Allison,

I think Kick Punch and Crunch is more challenging cardiovascular wise than Kick Max.

Kick Punch and Crunch also features a stability ball ab routine that is great.

On the other hand, Kick Max has intermediate level drills, but it really kicks up to being very demanding during the Blast Challenge!

Also, Kick Max has some great Leg Conditioning Drills that help tone the legs and enhance form for kicks.

If it were me, I would buy Kick Max due to the very demanding challenge and the leg conditioning drills.

I think Kick, Punch, and Crunch and Kick Max compliment one another.

Cheers!

Thanks for your replies everyone!

Amy, yes, I was wondering about the leg conditioning drills. I think I will eventually buy Kick Max. I just wanted to substitute it for now since I just bought 6 other DVDs!

It's so nice having such knowledgable people to be able to ask questions!

Thanks everyone

Alison

Just a thought: You might want to do one of the KPC/L&G premixes for some added lower body work that might take the place of the KM leg conditioning drills.

Hi again, Allison!

I still think Kick Punch and Crunch's Leg Conditioning Drills are very unique and there is nothing like them.

I can't think of any substitute that is as good as them.

I can't view Cathe's video clips since I have a dial up, but you might check out the video clip in Kick Max. I am pretty sure that Cathe shows them.

You need no equipment; just a chair for balance. Those rapid fire kicks are great!

Cheers!
