Ok, so I posted this in the Video and DVD Questions forum but people don't respond there very much so I'm pasting it here for all of you lovelies to respond to!!!
I know they're not similar at all but I'm trying to do a month of GS workouts and tonight I should do Legs but I'm not really diggin' the GS workouts and don't feel like doing that leg workout tonight. I just recently purchased the GS workouts and they're not clicking with me for some reason.
I have a craving to do Butts and Gutts. I know many will say that I should sub PLB for GS Legs but I don't feel like doing that one either! UGH! Any thoughts? Thanks!
