Can I-Max and Circuit Max be back to back?

I know it is mentioned to put two days between I-Max but was
wondering if I could do Circuit Max the following day.

I recall Cathe saying on the intro to I-Max "Feel free to enjoy one of my non-interval step tapes while recovering from this one."

I think it would be fine for you to do Circuit Max the following day, as long as your knees and ankles aren't stressed out from the impact of I-Max.

Thanks Annette! You made my day. They're both of my favorites
and I love to do them at the end of a Slow and Heavy rotation.
I put them at the end of the week so I have a day off after
them.
