Hi Stacy. Me again. I don't mean to appear to be stalking you......
The ball and step only come with the Target workouts. Cathe also mentioned in a post that the Target versions of the workouts are going to be different than the ones sold on Cathe.com. She didn't give any details about the differences, but I'm guessing that the Target dvds will not have the premixes on them. If you can, I highly recommend getting the Cathe.com versions; you'll probably get more bang for your buck. And if you preorder now, you'll save yourself some money.
If I recall correctly, you said you've been working out with Cathe for five months now? Do you not already have a step?

Hello again!! Thank you for all your help!! I bought a step from Target & it's not as long as Cathe's so I was going to get a new one from there!!! I does the job right now!! Do you know of a place to get the step? When i bought some of her DVD they didn't sell them!!
