I have used a calorie counter website that someone on this BB recommended. I can't remember the exact website but I think it had the word "food" in it. You could track your meals, the protein, carb, fiber values, etc and also add your own foods with their exact nutrients. Also would track your calories burned during exercise if you plugged in your gender, height, weight and exercise done.
Anyone know which one it may have been or have a website they could point me to?
