Just did Kick, Punch&Crunch for the very first time. I thought I was in good shape, I can do Imax2 in one go, all intervals, burning about 440cals on average. But KC&P... well I had to stop twice and get some water (good excuse, don't you think?) and burned 505cals (!!). It's an unbelievable intens workout.
