Calisthenics/Body Weight exercise

Some of these exercises are one of the things that I would love to learn using your own body weight to get a body that is to die for.

First learning the basics, which you have already done for us. Then using an intermediate way and finally using our bodies weight in advanced forms.

Below is a link to see what I mean on using this kind of method. I'm sure it would take a unique group of people to do these exercises like you see, but If I could learn some of what he does (less advanced), I would be a very happy camper.
