Calculate Your Daily Protein Requirements

Record your body weight in pounds

Now devide your body weight by 2.2

Now multiply that by 1.6 if you exercise less than 3x per week or 1.8 if you exercise 3plus times per week.

My example:

I weghth 160lbs
devide that by 2.2 and you get 72.727272 so lets call it 73
now i multiply 73 by 1.8 (as i exercise more than 3x per week) and i need 131.4g per day of protein. Easy...
