Tuesday of week #2. Yesterday was really bad. I am going to see what today brings because it could have been that I was so tired from working the weekend and yesterday. A good thing yesterday was rest day, I don't think I could have done a hard workout, I was so tired. It usually takes me about 1 hour and 15 or 20 minutes to clean my whole house and yesterday it took almost 2 and I didn't even mop my kitchen (I guess I'll have to do that today) because I was so tired and lethargic. I woke up at 4 a.m. with a headache but was able to go back to sleep until 7. I've had my half and half coffee and feeling better for right now. Since I'm off today, I am going to get IMAX3 in early, I'm afraid I'll start going downhill after lunch like I did yesterday.
I even started thinking yesterday... 'just how bad can caffeine be for you?'
PMS is also in full throttle for me this week and I had the urge to 'eat the kitchen' last night so bad. The half loaf of bread and jar of PB were screaming my name but I popped a bag of popcorn (94% fat free) and ate that instead. Then I made myself go to bed and not return to the kitchen.
Both of these things together are a bit overwhelming.
