Caffeine reduction week #2

Week two begins and I am down to half and half. I'll do a CR week #3 next Monday and not post one each day since I'm not doing anything different.... unless of course I have a major catastrophe where I drink all the caffeine in my house in one sitting...:p

I know this week will be good for you. You will succeed in what you want to achieve in the next 7 days. I will try to be soda free this week. I know I will have some next on vacation, so I trying to be good this last week. Also I am going to work hard on that no sweets this week.

I am feeling so droopy right now. My eyelids feel like they are made of lead. I worked this weekend and had to get again today to work and this might have something to do with it, but I've done this for a long time and usually don't have this type of reaction. It is definitely the caffeine cut this morning. I am sticking with it but my hindend is dragging...:-(
 
Tuesday of week #2. Yesterday was really bad. I am going to see what today brings because it could have been that I was so tired from working the weekend and yesterday. A good thing yesterday was rest day, I don't think I could have done a hard workout, I was so tired. It usually takes me about 1 hour and 15 or 20 minutes to clean my whole house and yesterday it took almost 2 and I didn't even mop my kitchen (I guess I'll have to do that today) because I was so tired and lethargic. I woke up at 4 a.m. with a headache but was able to go back to sleep until 7. I've had my half and half coffee and feeling better for right now. Since I'm off today, I am going to get IMAX3 in early, I'm afraid I'll start going downhill after lunch like I did yesterday.

I even started thinking yesterday... 'just how bad can caffeine be for you?'

PMS is also in full throttle for me this week and I had the urge to 'eat the kitchen' last night so bad. The half loaf of bread and jar of PB were screaming my name but I popped a bag of popcorn (94% fat free) and ate that instead. Then I made myself go to bed and not return to the kitchen.

Both of these things together are a bit overwhelming.
 
Good morning jane,

PMS time often makes me feel sluggish and tired. Maybe it will be over soon. Shoot I think we are on the same time because its time for me and shelley is too. At least neither of us have smashed to computer keys yet!


Hopefully things will be better for you today.
