Helloooo ladies ... yes I was off yesterday! Enjoyed a wonderful day .. beautiful sunny bright day yesterday .. man could I ever get used to NOT working!

Cathy .. the cruise sounds AWESOME! I am just like you .. I don't get all excited about weddings, dresses, rings, showers .. can't stand showers .. I don't like all the fluff you know! I wish DH and I would have skipped all the hoopla when we got married and just taken that money and eloped .. married at sea or on a beach!!! ... do you think you will see "your cruise friend" again? too bad you two missed each other the last night

Wendy .. your weekend sounds awesome too .. no pub crawl .. what's wrong w/you??? LOL ... just kidding .. DH and I like to go out .. but we usually like calling it a night earlier than the others .. uh um .. we like the "alone time" much better!!}( }( }(

Angie .. hangovers do not suit you? LOL . . that is why we practice!! LOL .. just kidding .. think water and food and knowing your personal limits are the key! Beer does not give me a hangover (unless I try to drink the fountain dry) .. but I can not do liquor .. AT ALL!! I get in too much trouble and my mouth tends to run nonstop if I drink "serious" drinks .> LOL!!!

Di .. glad the twins are doing good .. and the shower was a success! My team .. LOST!!! OMG .. it was horrible .. and we played like crap .. yes granted the team we played are #2 .. but GMAFB .. we played better against the #1 team .. and OMG my obnoxious AL fans are giving me so much crap .. and they lost thier game too .. but manage to get a kick out of our loss .. ungratefull ..$#@%$#%@$ .. LOL!

I did the new Cathe low impact split workout .. and it was fun .. kinda messed up on a few steps but it was fun .. and let me say the dang calf work on that one is INSANE .. OMG my calves were sore for 2 days!!!x(

Today is Circuit class ... heavy weight!

Hi Ladies,

Boy, last nights class was tough, tough, tough. We did stair running for 60sec, 20 pushups, 20 dips, stair running 45sec, 25 pushups, 25 dips, stair running 30sec, 30 pushups, 30 dips and repeat 3 times-OH MY!

I decided to do the BBC workouts this week and started this morning with Arms and Abs. My triceps are fried. I used 10 and 12 lb db's. I wish the girls in the video used more than 5lbs. Of course I suck on the cardio but did the best I could this morning. I need to breath between exercises and Barry just doesn't give us any time. For some reason, the bbc cardio seems harder to me than any Imax w/o.

Laura-sorry your team lost. I bet your friends are relentless...you'd be too if the result was reversed!! Good job with low impact!!

Cathy-I peeked on the cheetahs thread and saw your pics. I love the blue dress, you look so beautiful. We could probably all exercise longer if we had that view to look at.

Wendy-You must be at work this morning. What cardio punishment are you in for today?

Angie-What are you up to today?

Nancy-Are you planning on having a big Thanksgiving dinner with all your girls? I'd love to come that. You are the best cook. Hope all is well.

Cathy .. just peeked at your pics on the Cheeta forum .. OMG .. you look awesome .. and those pics of the water just made me sooooooo homesick for my open sea .. have not been in forever it seems .. the seas look good ... we have had a rough high seas season this year .. dang it ..

but thanks for reminding me how beautiful mother nature's wide open sea is!!!:7
 
Good Afternoon Girls!

Well, I didn't get enough sleep last night so I was absolutely EXHAUSTED when I got home from work today. Ofcourse I jerked around too long before napping though so now I have no time for a work out.
x( I know it won't kill me but you know how I HATE unplanned rest days! GRRRRR!

I finally inflated my bosu today. I stood on it and almost fell over immediately! This thing is gonna be FUN! I have my work cut out for me it seems! LOL :p :7

Perhaps tomorrow's work out will be some sort of strength training circuit using the bosu. Thursday will be a run, Friday can be yoga and Sat/Sun will be split between another run and more strength training of some kind.

I am sorry I've fallen behind on personals. I have to jump in the shower now though so I have no time right now. I will get back into them ASAP!

Hi cabbers:)

I went into work today to try and take care of some of the files and clutter that has been driving me crazy. I made some progress but hopefully I will get more done tomorrow. DH heads off to hunting camp tomorrow for a long weekend so I should be able to get lots of stuff done around here.....maybe even some Christmas shopping.
I went grocery shopping after work and got a bunch of baking stuff. MIL and I are going to make Christmas candy after Thanksgiving is over. We're going to make seafoam, buckeyes, chocolate covered pretzels, toffee and peanut clusters, rock candy, fudge, and god only knows what all else. I will NOT be logging into my food journal that day. :p She sounds pretty excited about it which makes me happy. We're gonna get our lists and recipes together when we go over for Thanksgiving. It's gonna be a hard day for her so I hope this will serve as a good distraction.
I came home and did plyox. My chest and back feel better today. The pecs are only sore if I touch them now.....that's progress!}( Never again will I underestimate S&H C&B.

Diana - Glad the shower went well....I knew it would.;-) Did you ever find that $8 in the check book?
So BBC week huh? I totally agreee that the cardio is much more difficult with BBC. It just seems unrelenting. You used 10 & 12# weights. Geeez! I'd be lucky to do 10's but I certainly get enough of a burn with the 8's. Then again after the cardio portion, it's hard to really bring it 100%. That cardio definitely takes it out of me.

Cathy - You know that I couldn't post without going over to check out those pics too. Girl....you look hot!:) OMG - the view is unbelievable!!!! Why do I get the feeling that I may be shopping for a cruise this weekend?? You are a bad influence.:p I know....that's what I get for eavsdropping right?
What a bummer that the dude live is St. Louis. ACK! That would be one long drive every weekend. *lol*
So is the vertigo a thing of the past? Do you have any other tests scheduled due to the headaches or are those all done?

Laura - I am a wimp when it comes to alcohol. I'm one of those lucky ones who have a problem with just a few drinks....yes, I will feel 3 drinks the next day.x( I used to drink with the best of them when I was younger....but now....I am old.;( I eat, I try beer, I try clear alcohol....all to no avail. But, being the trooper that I am, I will keep trying darn it!!
Did you ever find out anything with those kidney tests you had done?

Wendy - No w/o in today? No worries, you'll be back on track in no time.
Do you have any specific exercises or vids to do with the bosu or are you going to make up your own routine for it?
