Hi Girls.

Today will likely be 4DS Legs/Kickbox. I am doing today out of order because I don't think my u/b can handle anything else right now! LOL I am soooo sore! YEOWCH!

Ang: So you are going camping again this weekend? Sounds like you are looking forward to it. I'm glad to hear that. HAVE FUN! I hope you get alot of stuff crossed off your TO-DO list. I hate when I have lots to get done. I feel so overwhelmed and then it's hard for me to figure out where to start. :confused: Yes, I liked the idea of a short CC + 4DS weights too. Unfortunately it didn't happen y'day but it was a good idea! LOL

Hi Ladies,

I did my scheduled 5 mile run this morning. If possible, I would love to hit the weights at the rec ctr as I am feeling much to soft. I'm sure you ladies know exactly what I mean.

Wendy-So 4DS split is kickin' your butt this week. I really like that they are short but really get the job done. I put together my Cathe RT notebook last night-in about 5 minutes. I am still looking forward to it and think we will have tons of fun. My flight is at 7am so I will be at the airport bright and early.

Laura-how is your friend doing? I hope they removed all the bad stuff and that she recovering nicely. Sending hugs and healing vibes her way. What kind of torture did you inflict on your class last night-or planned for tonight?

Angie-It sounds like Maggie is loving her new family! I wonder how she will do with camping this weekend. It should be a great time. I tried again this morning requesting a new password and never received an email. It is very frustrating to say the least. I also had a problem with the workout manager. I can't wait for everything to be working correctly. There is so much information here.

Happy to report I did Legs & back at the rec ctr this afternoon.

Here I am pulling up the rear again. I hit work and the grocery store today. I'm glad I have tomorrow off so I can work on my to-do list.
I got home and am still not feeling in the workout mood. I'm not sure what that's all about but I drag my feet as long as I possibly can before I workout. I had 5 days off last week so I doubt it's due to overtraining.....probably just a bad case of LAZY! I did manage to do IMAX3 though. I was feeling the knee with that one.....probably should have chosen something with less impact. Not having a workout game plan is NOT good for me, so when I get back home after the weekend, I need to get one going.
Then I have a weekend OFF!!! I can't wait. There's been just too much going on and I need some major inactivity to just sit and chill.....and check out this new site.

Wendy - Yup, going camping again at our property so we never have to deal with other campers, which is nice. Although, BF and her family will be joining us this weekend, so that will be cool. I gotta call the insurance company again tomorrow and hope they get all of their paperwork done before we take the camper back on Friday. I'm not looking forward to that call tomorrow. I'm a bit mad b/c when I talked to the insurance agent on Monday she said if the quote came in under $2500, we wouldn't need an adjuster and that she would just send the check. Well the quote came in at $2300 and she called the adjuster anyways but I think the dealership has already started repairs. I sure hope this isn't gonna be a big hornets nest! But it sure is looking that way.....to add to the chaos, we need to take the camper for the weekend so there will be an interruption in service. ACK! I hate insurance companies! How is it that there are never any problems with my premium payment??? Grrrrrr
I hear you on the overwhelming feeling. I had to sit down tonight and make a to-do list so that I hopefully won't forget anything. List help me greatly! Lately I just haven't had the time to make one....how sad is that?? LOL!
I'm thinking I'm gonna try that CC and 4DS combo tomorrow. It's low impact but hard with a bit of everything. That ought to do it!

Diana - How far away is the airport for you? I have a later flight, but I have a 3.5 hour drive to get to the airport.
Crap....I thought you'd be able to get your old name back. The site is really neat! Hopefully next weekend I'll be able to spend all day checking things out.
Glad to hear you got those weights in this afternoon. I tend to get a bit cranky when I don't do weights for a while.

Laura - I sure do hope everything went well with your friend. I'm hoping the fact that you didn't check in today is not a bad sign. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and sending up a prayer that all is well.

I really should start tackling this list tonight....... Nighty night girls
