Hi, girls! Gotta catch up with yesterday’s posts, too. Ran out of time this morning after KM and didn’t get a chance during lunch, either. I'd hoped for a run but was late getting out of the chiro tonight, so I did BM2 Timesaver Cardio -- first attempt! Baaaahhhaaa haaaa haa ha!
http://s228.photobucket.com/albums/ee296/runninteach/happycelebrations/th_laughing.gif My head was spinning!
http://s228.photobucket.com/albums/ee296/runninteach/th_18.gif *lol* I was goin’ every which way (usually the wrong way), but who cares? I sweat like mad and didn’t really feel the kind of frustration I used to feel with workouts like this…I picked up here and there and know I can get it with more practice. Lots and LOTS of practice for this one. *lol*
Wendy :: As far as buying a steam mop...well, I have to tone down my purchases…so OK, confession time…I ordered the purple and silver bands, the PlateMates, new runnin’ kicks plus insoles, pepper spray (mine needs to be replaced), and this thing called YogaToes that I’m hopin’ will help some foot problems that I have. Plus, I have that Zoom whitening in a couple of weeks. So um, yeah, I’m spent in that department. A steam mop would be entirely too practical for me. *lol*…How are you feeling tonight?
http://s228.photobucket.com/albums/ee296/runninteach/getwell/th_achoo.gif Better I hope! No, you don’t have to sweat missing two days. Are you kidding? You’re in KILLER shape. Listen and take care of the body. When you're sick, the best thing you can do is rest. Really. Doesn't matter what you want to do MENTALLY. A day or two of rest is best.
Di :: YESSSSSS on the 1.8!!!!
http://s228.photobucket.com/albums/ee296/runninteach/happycelebrations/th_phatyo.gif Keep it going! It does sound like you can probably afford to cut back at least one day of working out and still see success…I don’t really think my workouts are wimpy…just not as hardcore-insane as some of my fellow Cabbers (and cheetahs).

I admire you all, though, for what you do!!…Well, I can’t say I spend *every* night grading…but I do usually spend about an hour on average daily doing SOMETHING school-related…sounds like a good idea to have the shower well ahead of the holidays.
Angie :: I feel the same way…I go into hermit mode occasionally when I just want a free n’ clear weekend to do whatever I want – maybe nothing!…That’s cool that your mom is so willing to help. She sounds like a sweetheart…And your menu sounds
delish!!! If I leave now, I can probably get to Michigan in time to partake in the festivities :7…Interesting that one couple took it upon themselves to invite another without checking with you first…I don’t think I’d have the chutzpah to do that when it’s someone else’s party…I agree, no w/out of Cathe’s is a wussy workout – I was just kiddin – expressing my awe for some the beastly workouts you all post here!…That stinks about the zero on the test. The teacher really should give him a 50 or whatever is failing. Giving zeros really isn’t fair. Well, that’s JMHO, anyway…Sorry, don’t know of any rebounder workouts. In fact, I’m not even sure exactly what it is, to tell the truth. Is that what we would call a mini trampoline back in the day?…Nice deal on the yoga mat…I love anything pumpkin
http://s228.photobucket.com/albums/ee296/runninteach/th_pumpkin.gif …Hmmm, I wonder how many points it is for a Cheesecake Factory Pumpkin Cheesecake…*drools all over keyboard*
Laura :: sorry about your migraine!! I hope it’s dissipating…I’ve never had them for three days straight and cannot even IMAGINE! Poor thing…You lost me on the spinach dip thing…Maybe confused me with someone else?…I'm with the girls on this - I love it, too. Can easily make a meal out of it. I just use the Hidden Valley Ranch packet recipe…CRACKIN’ up about Diana laying out DH with just one kick. I’ll bet she could, too!
Well, ladies, have a GREAT night!!
