It's back to work for me today...It'll be either a run or k'box for me this afternoon. I didn't do the abs last night - my stomach just wasn't right, so I'll get them today, for sure.
Did you guys see the post on the Open forum about the blog being broken (it was a joke)? Cathe responded that it should be "fixed" today!!! Yipeeeee!!!
Angie :: great job with CS yesterday! I know EXACTLY what you mean. That time of day is often a slump for me - I kinda crash and feel hungry. I think part of it has to do with my scheduled lunch being pretty early (11:20 - 11:50). But I do think I am feeling a bit more energized since I started taking a vitamin again...I was surprised to read MIL approached you...That seems like a positive step to me that she is initiating contact w/ loved ones...I'll keep her and your family in thought & prayer that she can get through this, and hopefully with some therapy, learn the necessary coping skills. Does DH have siblings in the area who can help as well?...*lol* about the smiley addiction. No, I kept that one under wraps...Yes, I am done with the Accutane...I finished in August, so I think it *should* be out of my system by now, but I'm not sure if any effects could be lingering. Good point...Someone referred me to this guy...I think he supposed to be good...but I'll talk to my chiro...maybe she can refer someone locally who can pursue the headache issue and spend a little more time. AMEN on what you've said about waiting and making appointments!!...Nope, not a Crock Pot user here but it sounds like I'm missing something!
Wendy :: Oh, OK, I didn't realize you did your w/out from home yesterday...I do remember the non-TM cardios being no joke!!!

All right, I just enjoyed a protein shake (with the Banana Nut Bread protein ~ mmm, mmm, good!!) for 3 pts. and now need to dry my hair (I'm actually DOING my hair today ~ something different!) and get ready. I have been doing well with points (I still have 29.5 of my 35 flex pts. remaining for the week), but am still up by .5 lb. http://s228.photobucket.com/albums/ee296/runninteach/th_doh.gif FRUSTRATING!!!
