Hi Girls!:)

I just started suckin' down java #2. DS is up watching cartoons before breakfast and DH is asleep.

I think I'm going to continue editing and printing out the weight work sheets in a few minutes. I want to get it done. I just hope my idea works! I hope the dry erase markers actually COME OFF the sheet protectors when wiped and don't make a smudgy mess otherwise!:eek: I only bought a pkg of 25 sheets and it cost me $5 so I guess if it doesn't work it won't a really big deal though I'll be very disappointed. I'll still use the weight worksheets and the 3 ring binder to keep them in though.

So I don't know if I mentioned this y'day but I ordered Slow and Heavy when I preordered. I should have it tmrw or tuesday at the lastest. My question is...Should I hide it and start my X+ rotation as planned or delay the X until Feb and dig right in to Slow and Heavy? I just don't know if I can wait 3 whole months to try S&H!? LOL

Diana: So how's the EXT? Are you happy as a pig in you know what!? ;) :7 Sorry about your DH refusing to see a doc. My DH actually goes to the doc with no problems. He doesn't get paid if he calls out sick from work though so that's his motivation. He doesn't want to get to that point. Whatever works! :) I have sold 2 of my Jari's and am considering put the other 2 on ebay as well. I used to really like but now...not so much. The last time I tried to do one of her work outs (Slim and Lean), it aggravated me for some reason so I ended up not doing it. I am torn on Ripped 1000 though because I recently used the cardio in a mish mosh and really liked it so I may keep that vid just for that purpose. And we all know how much you LOVE the SS series! ;) :p :7

That's it! A few gals in the Cheetah thread agreed that I should try S&H before committing to the X+ for 3 months so that's what I'm gonna do! I'll start the X in Feb!}(
 
Good Sunday morning cabbers

I was hoping for a lazy Sunday and today is my rest day but, that ain't gonna happen. I've gotta make a Walmart trip. Cody needs to take that Ipod back....hopefully he can return it without a problem. He wanted me to take it back for him. I told him, he bought it, he needs to take it back. I'm not going to have anything to do with it. I hope they don't give him any guff over it, but if they do, it will be a good lesson for him. He'll just have to go back on apple if walmart won't help him.
I also have to look at a dishwasher at Lowes or Home Depot. My dishwasher is 10 years old and it just started leaving a white film on my dishes.}( I even made sure it had plenty of jet dry in it. I'm going to try some dishwashing gel first before I get a different dishwasher, but I should look at a replacement anyways.

I'm getting spring fever! We were talking about the camper this weekend and I'm really missing it.:( There are some things about winter that I just love such as no bugs, no humidity, great sleeping weather, etc. But, I'm so ready to go camping again.

Diana - How dare you burn something! Nope, I have NEVER burnt anything....never...ever!:7 :p ;) But, I hear that that bacon smoke takes a while to get rid of.:D
As far as the cardio coaches go, I know that the favorite among Catheites is Push Play, which is the only one I don't have. I also don't have his new one, #7 that he just came out with. Ya just can't go wrong with Sean. #1-#3 are shorter workouts and #5-#6 are more like an hour, although you can opt to skip a challenge or two and shorten them up. I haven't done #4 yet, since I gave that one to a friend to use. I will be getting that one back soon!;-)
How'd the EXT w/o go?

Wendy - On my last mish mosh, I mixed in the S&H workouts with P90X. I just went one week with a S&H w/o and the next with the X w/o. It really helped relieve the boredom but was still pretty effective. I'd do 2 upper body Cathes with X L&B one week and then did 2 upper body X w/o's with Cathe S&H legs. No matter what you do, I'm sure you will love the S&H series. They are guaranteed to give you DOMS!}(

Good Morning Girls,

I slept much better last night. DH couldn't sleep and he went downstairs around 4am. After he left, I slept great and woke up at 8:30.

Sad to say, but I haven't even tried out my elliptical yet. Jerod did a 45 min advanced ifit w/o on it this morning to earn more screen time. It was making a clicking sound so I'll have to read the manual and see if I can't get that resolved.

Today is errand day for me too. I've picked up all the elliptical packing and DS is helping load it in the truck to take to the recycling center. I also have grocery shopping to do.

I wasn't aware that the ifit w/o's don't have music. I can plug in my ipod or put in a dvd to watch. They seem pretty boring unless you have music.

Wendy-I agree with your cheetah pals, you should try S&H. They are very effective workouts. Thanks for the weight training log suggestion. I currently have a training log I bought from amazon that works pretty good, but I like the erasable sleeves better. I have my w/o logs from 2004 until now sitting on my entertainment center. I think I could throw those out now:)

Angie-DS shouldn't have any trouble returning or exchanging his ipod especially if he has the receipt. Was he able to figure out what's wrong with it? Sounds like you have spring fever!!! Is there any way to listen to a preview of the cardio coaches? I didn't see anywhere on their website where I could listen to some of the w/o's.

Hi everyone

We just got back from town and I'm ready to just plop for the day. But, Cameron has a Science test on Wednesday so we need to hit the books.:(

I was so disappointed that walmart didn't have the fiber one bars I like so much. They're not exactly clean, but they fill me up when I have the munchies.:) So, I went to Kmart just to see if they had them and they not only had them, but they were on sale! They were $2 per box so I bought several of them. They are so yummy and even though they are a bit high in fat and sugar, they really tackle my sweet tooth for only 150 calories.:9 I try and only eat them sparingly....mostly TTOM....but I feel better knowing that I have some in my pantry.

Hey Diana - glad you got some sleep last night.:) Will DH take the airborne? I hope he starts feeling better soon.
I sure hope you get that glitch on the EXT taken care of. I hate when I get something new and it doesn't work quite right.
Cody took the ipod back today without any problems. :)

I should've stayed off the main forums today. I went to amazon and bought the monica brandt book, along with "Better than Steroids", and "the Clean Eating book" again. The last time I ordered that one, they cancelled my order b/c the last one had been sold already. So, I have these books coming, and I still haven't finished BFFM.:7 I need some time to get reading!!:)

Diana, You'd better hop on the EXT quick girl! I can't believe you didn't use it yet! LOL Glad you slept better. Hope DH feels better soon.

Angie, I like those Fiber One bars too. I only buy them on occasion but I happened to buy them on my last shopping trip so I have one full box waiting to be eaten! If you want a CLEAN bar try the Lara bars that Cathy and I keep talking about. They are clean as a whistle girl!:)

Well, the day is gone and I have no idea where it went! LOL I did manage to finally get my yoga in though. I did the vinyasa segment of Yoga X from 9:15 to 10pm! Better late then never, right?

Ah well, it's late and I have to work tmrw so I should get my booty to bed.

I hope Cathy had fun on the slopes today!
