Hi Girls.
I see no one started the thread today. Everyone must be busy. Got back from my weekend away around 1:30 this afternoon. Put DS up for a nap immediately and then laid down myself for about 30.
Speaking of naps...y'day in A/C I did something highly unusual! I took a TWO HOUR NAP! Neither DH nor myself could believe it!:7 LOL
So I ran 1.5 miles on the boards y'day morning. No HIIT. Just a steady state. That being said I did not take a rest day today as intended. I did Iron Core Way volume 1 skipping the rest periods. Good work out. Tomorrow is HIIT and steady state at the gym in the morning.
