Hi ladies,
I had to work until 7:15 and it really wasn't that bad. It was just hectic this morning as DH & DS2 had an appt at a college and Jerod had football. I was also supposed to work at 1pm, but they called and said I didn't need to be there until 2:30. I have to be at work tomorrow at 1pm. I hope to finish around 7pm.
I plan on doing a long cardio tomorrow and then doing a week of BBC. I haven't been to weight watchers for 2 or 3 weeks. I'm really missing it. The meetings are good for me and my eating tends to get a little off track when I don't go.
Wendy-I would love a rotation from you if you have the time. No worries-I knew you were preparing for your 10 miler! I'm really looking for a 6 to 8wk fatloss rotation to follow. My meltdown class ends mid apr and bootcamp doesn't start until June. I want to look my best for my vacation to Hawaii (if we can ever get the dates firmed up). We will probably be going the end of July, before Jerod starts fall tackle football.
Cathy-Great job on the ext. I haven't been on mine in a while. It is nice to have a handy when I only have a short time to w/o. Remember, you have to work yourself back up to your previous fitness level.
