Good morning, girls!

Thanks for the compliments on the pics. I wanted to post some over here but ran out of time in the morning. Glad you guys saw 'em.
Laura :: The sea was *gorgeous*…I could’ve stayed *much* longer! Nassau was not my cup of tea, but Castaway Cay was great…you could ride bikes, parasail, swim, lay out on adult-only beaches, etc…Well, I found this guy online and we have a little friendly correspondence going, so it'd be cool to stay in touch…IA ~ the calf worker is quite the burner!!
Di :: wow, that class *does* sound brutal! Great workouts, as usual. I bet you’re right. I looked into ellipticals and am seeing them to be quite a bit more expensive than my tm. I think I would use it more than the tm (which I dread), so I would put that in storage. I love the fact that it is no impact and think it would be a wise cross-training choice.
Wendy :: glad you’re liking the Bosu…I think I want one! *lol* Will be curious to hear how you use it…hope you’re feeling better rested today…I wiped out early, too, without doing some grading, which is bad. My grades are due this week, so I’m putting myself in a crunch. Guess I may have to work later tonight…No worries on the personals.
Angie :: What a wonderful idea to make the Christmas candy with MIL…you are such a thoughtful DIL…So are you goin’ around touching your pecs so you can feel the DOMS? :7 Cruising is *awesome*! I highly recommend it. I wouldn’t do Disney again because it truly is geared toward families with little ones. (Teens had their own hangouts and were pretty much *never* in sight.) …The vertigo seems to be gone. I am still supposed to schedule an appt. for an allergy test and for a second opinion with a neuro, but I sort of dropped the ball on those.
Last night, I did 4DS KB only and will save C&B for the weekend. A run and bi's & tri's is scheduled for tonight, but since I'm thinking I'll have to work a little later, I don't think I can squeeze in the run as I don't like to be out there in the dark. So, in all likelihood, I'll be developing a Plan B.
Have a GREAT day, ladies! Hope to BBL.
