Hi ladies,

Not sure who will be around today but thought I would get us started.
I had a great time at the bbq yesterday. We went to the park to watch the fireworks, which were really good this year.

I have a 5 mile run on schedule for today. It is supposed to be in the mid 90's so I need to head out soon.

I'll bbl to see who else is around.

Hi Di~~ Didn't wantcha to be alone in here. Hope you enjoy a not-too-hot 5 miler today. Nice you were able to sleep in yesterday. I have not used my yoga toes in awhile, but that is funny you say that because my arthritis (in my foot) has been acting up lately, too, and that usuallly does not happen in the summertime, esp. since I always wear flops. I hope you find the yoga toes make a difference for you. Enjoy your new kicks. I meant to buy some new ones, too, but never got around to Fleet Feet. I will see if I can eke out a few more miles out of these.

I ended up doing press play on the elliptical instead of running. I spent too much time organizing playlists on my ipod that by the time I was ready to run it was too hot for me. The high is supposed to be 97. UGH-thank goodness we have air conditioning.

I need to shower and see if I can find myself some new running shoes.

Cathy-I understand taking a break. Please pop in from time to time.

hello ladies

it is late sat night .. I am dog @$$ tired .. no official w/o .. but if sweat is any indication .. I have burned LOTS of calories .. yard sale a success .. HOT LONG success ... It has been almost 100 degress each day .. no winds .. a freaking scorcher ... DH and I just went out to eat .. 2 for 1 margaritas ...no furniture to sit on .. and DH is in bed ... I am not far behind ...

we had a great fourth .. even w/ the working and moving .. aunt and uncle and friend came down .. went and watched fire works .. did get some fishing in .. just a great time .. even though worked our arses off ,,

BTW ... only had about 4 hours sleep each night .. so fit in some fun time after the work .. }( }( }( }(

ok .. gonna call it a night .. loving my laptop BTW .. glad you girls are working out for me .. my gut feels like I am 4 mnth pregnant .. LOL ... oh well ...

gotta hit the sack ,... have a great one .. will try to check w/you girlies later .. happy after the 4th!!!:7
