Thanks for reading my looong vent ladies! You guys are so great! Anyway, planning on some cardio again today then some leg work. I should say butt work because my butt is looking sad despite all my step and uphill walks. WTH is going on?? Am I aging? ACK! My butt is flat and just sad. So sad. Trying to figure out dinner then planning on buying some flour to make bread in the bread machine. Thanks Kate for the recipes!!!

So my neighbor just surprised me with flowers and a gift card to Ulta!:) Feeling sheepish for complaining earlier-she really did help us out by letting me watch the boys and I was pretty grouchy about it this summer :eek:. Need to learn more patience and grace, I think.

Klaudia - Maybe we should form a support group because I totally need some patience esp. with my own kids! What a nice gesture from your neighbor! Hope her son learns more respect and stops telling his mom she's ugly and shut up.

Surfing the net for some recipes that sound appealing to me. I have a bunch of ingredients, but don't know what I'm in the mood to cook. Has anyone bought the Costco chicken sausages that have the gouda cheese in it? I can't remember the name, but it's the nitrate free ones? Anyway, I was looking at them but didn't want to buy a Costco size and not like them. Ended up buying the ones I normally buy which are good, but the Gouda sounded good.

okay - confession time. i am eating wayyy too much. snacking is out of control and my weight is creeping. how do i shock things up? dh got me a sched of classes at the gym on base. there is one called tbx which uses some sort of pulley machine. i really want to try it. also, they have spin classes - sigh! i am worried i need to back off the running a bit, but oh how i hate to cut my mileage. what ub should i do tomorrow for total ub? g'night all
