hey everyone! crazy craxzy morning - long run, blood work (routine) for me, playground, cleaning, and dentist for finn, aidan in tow. i am beat! at quiet time, after chores i will try the 500rep wo as is.
katie, i run 6 days a week, 60-65 miles a week. usually one long run(14-20+), a few 10-11 milers, a 5, and a 7-9. not advocating it

, but i love it. yes, dh would love it too if i did weights at night. i try to do everything in the am or a short extra at quiet time. great job shedding the water weight!! you are awesome.
