I would really appreciate any info on this. I've never taken a supplement before, but I'm in a terrible rut and I want to kick myself out of it. I'm revamping by diet (probably the biggest cuplrit) and increasing the cardio, but a little help would be great! An article I read stated that CLA is found in whole- vs. low- or non-fat dairy products. The thought of drinking 20 oz. of whole milk every day (as the article suggested) just sounds gross. I enjoy milk but only non-fat (just my preference). Would drinking non-fat plus taking the supplement give me the same results? Summer always seems to leave me heavier...we're with people more, going more places, being spontaneous, etc. and diet/exercise is less consistant, so obviously I'm in a body-image funk and looking for adivce. Thanks!
