The cool change has arrived! Thank goodness. I'm now running around shutting doors and windows because its chilly. Goes from one extreme to the other.

Did I tell you my CharLean arrived? Yes?
Got it back yesturday from being re formatted and it works! First phase I completed yesturday and I was ummmmy? about it. I needed to go heavier.

Today, Burn Phase 2, i went heavier. HOLY MOLY BATMAN! I was 100% fried. I wouldn't have been able to lift a feather by the end of it! My arms were numb. They are so far only 40 mins workouts, but I was shocked. I was shocked that if I do as I am told shes right! Shocked at the little amount of time it took to fry me, shocked at how much I was saying its got to stop soon. I've got to get to twelve, and I'm at 6. WOW!

I like CharLean too. You see al the promo shots of her, and her personality, really doesn't suit the glamour or the fake boobs. Shes a very bubbly bouncy gal. I like what I've done so far. Keep you all posted.

Today is a very long powerwalk for an hour on the treadmill at different speeds/inclines. Ive got 30day shredd coming today(jillian micheals) through netflix, so im excited to preview it and do it tommorrow.

You guys remember me telling you that I wasn't going to WI but once a month? Well I caved this morning(sorry Andrea) and i was pleasently suprised...down .8(well,its about fricking time;)) Its been two weeks exactly since starting my diet...ive had some slip-ups, but ive been counting every single calorie that goes in my mouth.Im proud of myself:D. I guess it does take two weeks for the body to 'catch up' with whats going on right now.

Today is 30 day shred, did TJ fat blaster last nite. Some people burn alot of calories with TJ but I just don't seem to. Eating yesterday was fairly decent just need to drink more water.

Amelia-congrats on the wt lose.

I did 4DS bootcamp and FF abs . Bootcamp is very intense for me. I burn over 300 cals doing that one. I plan on going for a small walk in just a few minutes. It is 14 degrees out. this is the warmest it is suppose to get.Brrr!

I really need to buy a cheap calendar. I am lost without one in my workout area. Last year DH bought me Cathe's calendar for Christmas. I decided on not asking him for one this year.

Okay, my furry girl is waiting to go for he walk/run/stop. Puppies just crack me up.

Hi there everyone! Made it out of bed for a third day in a row :eek: and did BM2 step combos (until DD got up and the cat started rubbing all over me). A good 35min, though. Probably good that I had to stop - my legs felt like lead!

Tomorrow will be the challenge (mental) for me this week. DH has to go to an all day meeting for work, so I'll be taking the kids to & from school. I don't mind, but it messes up my morning routine. I'll have to try to get up earlier to get a WO in or do it in the evening (evening WO aren't a great plan for me). Friday is the physical challenge - I'll hit my favorite KB class @ the gym, 30min abs class after if I'm up to it...you all know how much I LOVE abs ;)

Elaine, stay warm today! Same goes for the rest of you in the cold spots.

Amelia - hooray for a loss! I'm hoping for one when I WI on Monday. I can have one if I behave over the weekend!

Andrea, I LOVE when I feel fried like that after a WO. I only ever get that way when I work w/ a trainer, though. I just don't seem to be able to push myself over the edge like that. Guess I need Jillian Michaels, eh?

OK, time for me to quit fooling around and get some more work done. I will try to stop back later, but we have a visitor this afternoon. TTYL!
 
Hi all! Checking in with The Kettlebell Way Vol. 1. I was so happy to swing my K-bell again! I got my run in yesterday and I have another one scheduled tomorrow.

We have a ton of stinkin' snow right now! It has been snowing, I kid you not, ALL DAY! I shoveled my walkway this morning and you can't even tell now. My oldest was home sick today and I kept my 5 YO home from PM kindergarten because I did not want to drive in this mess. My DH is on call for Trauma Surgery today. I hope and pray he doesn't get called in tonight.

AndreaH, good for you for getting BM2 in! Best of luck to you tomorrow with the scedule change.

Elaine, I am sad you didn't get a Cathe Calendar this year. I love mine. I'm sure you can find a calendar nice and cheap this time of year.

Roxie, WTG with the good eating! I always need to drink more H2O. I drink iced tea (unsweetened) all day and I know I need more H2O. One of these days I will get my act together!

Amelia, fabulous WI!!!! Sounds like things are moving in the right direction.

Andrea, glad to hear things have cooled off a bit for you. CLX sounds tough. I'm glad you finally got it and are being challenged by it. :)

Becca, I thought I saw me somewhere but couldn't find my post too. I finally found it. I posted on yesterdays instead of todays. So I'm copying it and pasted it over here.

Hi everyone.

This morning was cardio blasts from Drill Max followed by chest and back work on my own. Dogs kept getting in my way. One of them took her chew bone and placed it on the step and tried to lay at an angle and chew. Front legs on step holding bone, rest of body on floor. Luckily it was uncomfortable to her so I got my step back, LOL

Andrea, glad your temperatures cooled off. We have been having one cool day followed by a nice day all week long. Up, down, up, down, today is suppose to be a nice day. Then cold again tomorrow. Enjoy your new workouts.

Amelia, good for you for seeing the scale move in the right directly. Mine on the other has been moving ever since the holidays in the wrong direction. I have mentioned before that I play with the same 5 pounds. Well I'm at my high end of the five. That's the weight that I swear I will not go above ever again. So today I really need to watch what I eat, because if it goes up tomorrow when I weigh I will cry. Instead of crying I just need to do something about, like knock off the sweets. I sure wish I could lose that 5 and then I could work on those last 10.

Roxie, enjoy your shred. Is it a video and eating program or just video?

Elaine, I always forget about 4DS bootcamp. I don’t know why. I should dust it off and put it back in circulation.

Did any of you watch Biggest Loser last night. Bob lost it. I can’t even believe they aired so much of his outburst. He must have used the F word 10 times or more. It was bleeped, but still. After watching that I know I don’t push myself. Now all I have to do is imagine him training me and maybe I’ll make myself work harder. Although if someone was yelling at me like that I think I would just drop and cry.
