SOOOOO how was everyones thanksgiving?

Gosh I was impressed to see working outs yesturday! WTG! :p:D

So, I've been dying to share this with you guys. I've just received 3 copies of Pump workouts. (very like Cathes Power Hour). These are awesome!! I am blown away by how good they are and on Wednesday i completed two workouts in one day. Needless to say, I required a rest day today because my body is very sore. I'm not sure if guys have Body Pump over there, you can get copies on Ebay ( a bit pricey ). These workouts are live, and very loud! You feel llike you are there in the class. Heaps and heaps and heaps more personality than Jari. I have not yet decided which workouts are actually "harder" the Rippers "or the "Pump", but the pump is heaps more entertaining and fun and on that basis, easier to do.


Don't forget todays plan of attack is to recovery eat. BTW, I ate very badly today, heaps of sweets/lollies. So tomorrow will be my challenge day.

Well I ate horribly yesterday but my wt. has stayed the same, we didn't eat supper last nite went to bed early DH wanted to hit the sales didn't get anything there were to many people wanting the same thing. Just saw FF new rotation for next month and I believe I am going to give it a go and see what happens had to make some changes because I am and Endomorph.

Andrea- those workouts sound fun I will have to look at ebay and see what they are.

How did everyone else fair yesterday. My biggest challenge will be Sunday when I have my own Thanksgiving dinner. See thats the problem you sometimes have to go to more than one. I didn't get a workout in yesterday.
 
Andrea-I love how you did todays thread!!! I will also have to check out those workouts...there called 'Pump workouts' right?

Roxie-Nice job on keeping the scale the same! I will have to check out FF's rotation....i don't have alot of workouts anymore though so i will have to modify.

Well,today is the day! The day after thanksgiving! the day i will stop whinning about the extra weight on the scale(7lbs now:() and do something about it! The day I will start counting my calories agian and working out like i use too. The day that starts the first day of my goal size 8:D.

I plan on losing atleast 4lbs before christmas....that will put me below 180. Right now im at 187.8:eek::eek::eek: Confused? Four days ago I weighed 181.2,so i know the majority of my weight gain is water!

Today is The Day,And im going to kick butt!:D:D:D

im sporting some doms today in my legs,i forgot to mention that i was very sore yesterday....today will be a ub workout and a short run on the TM. (sorry for the dramatic announcement,but thats how I psych myself out,lol:eek::))

Where is everybody? Guess busy with the holiday season!

workout done! Upper body Muscle Endurance(fitv version) then I did a twenty minute run! Burned 371 cals!

Just finished 4 days LIS step only. Was suppose to do LM 1-4 but didn't want to. Cleaned the downstairs all morning tomarrow I will do the upstairs.
 
The workouts are called "Les MIlls Body Pump"
Theres a variety of workouts, "les Mills Body Combat"
"Les Mills Body Step" and so on theres quite a few.
 
Hey everyone. Sorry to be MIA for a few days again. I did a 30min iClimb on the elliptical yesterday (300 calories in 30min isn't too shabby!) before TG dinner. Ate moderately - Spark People says I was only about 100 calories above my range yesterday. Not bad for including a few glasses of wine and some pecan pie!

Scale this morning was UGLY:mad:, so Amelia, I'm there w/ you! I want 5lb GONE by Dec. 31.

With that in mind, I hauled my fat rear to kickboxing class @ the gym this morning - had a sub who KILLED me. We had a 15min bootcamp section in the middle of the cardio kickbox. My glutes were SCREAMING. Tomorrow may have to be a rest day (or UB - we'll see, DD wants to go swimming).

So, starting next week I decided to do Cathe's December '06 rotation (yeah, it's an oldie!). I really liked it the first time around so thought I would do it again. It has some of my favorites in it - LIC, BM2, DM and B&G. Also a fair amount of the Gym Styles (though I have to sub PLB for GS Legs, since I don't have that one).

Well, I'd better scoot. Need to changeover the laundry. TTY later!
 
Good evening. Hope everyone had a nice thanksgiving. Ours was nice. We ate at DH's niece's house. Ate too much. The good news is that since it wasn't at my house, no left overs. Today's eating wasn't too bad. After last night's dinner, we stayed the night in a hotel so we wouldn't have to drive back. It was the first time traveling with the dogs. They did pretty good. We drove back this morning and I worked 1/2 day. DH and I then went to the movies. We saw 4 Christmas. I liked it.

Will try to do personals tomorrow.
