Morning,

Im undecided on my workout today...either cardio and abb workout or a fullbody workout with Cathe...BBL to report it!

Becca-About the vitamins, im kinda *whispers* cheap so i take the dollar general brand of hair,skin and nails...my Doctor said it was fine to take as long as it has atleast 2500mcgs of biotin in it.

This morning I did 4DS chest/back/ shoulders and GS Back/shoulders/bis stretch only.

Okay, now that all the chocolate is no longer a problem, I can concentrate. I need to do some meal planning.

Jean: I think you asked what I did to my hip. I had a bout with bursitis (at least that was my diagnosis) over the summer. If I over do it it flares up.

Amelia: what did you decide?

Becca: My body responds to lifting heavy. But I know what you mean. I get bored with certain WOs. I did the GS series and the Pyramids so much that now I get easily bored with them. I hope sense there will be different exercises every time we do an STS disc that the boring factor will be low.

Well I technically didn't get a workout in yesterday, but my shoulders and back hurt from holding the baby and when I got home I did some hula hoop and step aerobics on the wii for 30mins. Tonite is TJ unless the Dr tells me I can't do those anymore my knee has a knot on the side of it, and my foot is bothering me. I hope to watch the biggest loser but I think there is another basketball game on tonite. Eating was real crappy yesterday took leftover cheeseball to work.

Amelia-what have you decided to do today?

Elaine-congrats on your workout and good job sticking with FFs rotation.

Its soooo hot!! Can't sleep, too hot, need cool, must have cool, where ..........cool..............hot..................sleep...................can't......................need aircon.........................not very green.................................but am soooooooooooo hot!

Roxie: I am not doing FF's rotation. I'm only doing the abd routine she posted on the check in.

Did I tell you about our uninvited guests?

We discovered shredded insulation in our basement (where I work out:eek:).
We caught 5 mice. I think we have caught them all. We've had the trap set up for two days now with no mice getting caught or the bait being taken. I think they got in when we were without power. DH had the basement window open so he could run an electrical line out to his car.
NO Way was I sharing my space!!!:D
 
Good morning everyone. I'm having trouble jumpstarting myself to get any work done, so I thought I'd stop in here first.

I did about 30min of balance games & strength exercises on the Wii this morning. I'd like to get in 20min or so of cardio this evening, but not sure that will happen since I need to help DS with his science fair project. Sometimes I feel like I should just take off from work the week before science fair - it's like having a second job :confused:

Tomorrow I'm going to do more cardio - either some portions of BM2 or LIC or KPC. Not sure - will have to see what I feel like in the morning. I'm hoping to get to bed a bit earlier tonight.

Andrea, I'm LOL about your being hot. I feel for you since we're so darned hot during the summer here, but I think a lot of us would like to be hot - some parts of the US are only supposed to be near 0 (Fahrenheit) for their HIGH temperatures today.

OK, time for me to go and get some work done (whether I want to or not). Have a great day everyone!

Andrea-Great job with your wii workout!

My workout is done...did cardio for 25mins then MM LB premix and I burned a total of 405 cals. Not bad...im still in my sweaty workout clothes so I will bbl.

Still counting calories ya'll:) proud of myself! DH wanted to buy some frosted cinnamon buns yesterday (for his self:rolleyes: 3 come in the pk and he was gonna eat all three during the day...i don't think so) he even put them in the buggy:eek: i took them out when he wasn't looking(insert evil witch laugh here) i know i wouldn't be able to say no to them:confused:
 
Amelia: LOL!! about your DH and the buns. That is why my DH is not allowed to go grocery shopping.:p
 
HOw ANNOYING!!!

I had written a (admittedly it was long) novel and posted but its not here!!! It was right after that mad woman (uh me)posted about being hot!!! GRRRRRR>

Amelia - heres some web sites for you to try which are cheaper for vitamins. www.dbh.co.nz and www.greenhealth.co.nz. I think I prefer the second company as far as quality (product quality) goes. But the New Zealand dollar isn't worth a lot and the US prices are good AND free shipping from both companies.

Becca - I've given FF's rotation away, just of yesturday. I'm going to try to do a 20 min daily (not today) waaaay tooo hot for jogging. on top of whatever workout I am going to do.

Elaine - I'll have you snow!!! Throw some of that stuff MY way!! And the temps!

Andrea - I'm with you. I am sooo in need of getting some pounds down and although not doing anactual weight loss program I neeed to watch what i eat. Hopefully YOU get to teh end of week, within the points! YOU CAN!

I've rembered! Thats why I am editing! Jean - Using Beccas theory of if pavalova is good for you because it has fruit on it, then surley pizza must be good for you too. It ofcourse depends on the topping but, theres lots of good stuff in pizza toppings!:D

Becca, I finally went back and read your post from yesterday (I"m so bad about that sometimes:confused:). Just had a comment about Couch to 5K - I didn't watch the clock when I did it. I used distance as a gage instead. Worked better for me...

Doing OK food wise today (so far). I decided to try some of that Special K protein water to see if it will help me stave off the "hunger" pangs in the afternoon. Sometimes I'm not sure I'm really hungry - just looking for something else to do :p

OK, gotta scoot again! TTYL!
 
Hi everyone.

This morning was cardio blasts from Drill Max followed by chest and back work on my own. Dogs kept getting in my way. One of them took her chew bone and placed it on the step and tried to lay at an angle and chew. Front legs on step holding bone, rest of body on floor. Luckily it was uncomfortable to her so I got my step back, LOL

Andrea, glad your temperatures cooled off. We have been having one cool day followed by a nice day all week long. Up, down, up, down, today is suppose to be a nice day. Then cold again tomorrow. Enjoy your new workouts.

Amelia, good for you for seeing the scale move in the right directly. Mine on the other has been moving ever since the holidays in the wrong direction. I have mentioned before that I play with the same 5 pounds. Well I'm at my high end of the five. That's the weight that I swear I will not go above ever again. So today I really need to watch what I eat, because if it goes up tomorrow when I weigh I will cry. Instead of crying I just need to do something about, like knock off the sweets. I sure wish I could lose that 5 and then I could work on those last 10.

Roxie, enjoy your shred. Is it a video and eating program or just video?

Elaine, I always forget about 4DS bootcamp. I don’t know why. I should dust it off and put it back in circulation.

Did any of you watch Biggest Loser last night. Bob lost it. I can’t even believe they aired so much of his outburst. He must have used the F word 10 times or more. It was bleeped, but still. After watching that I know I don’t push myself. Now all I have to do is imagine him training me and maybe I’ll make myself work harder. Although if someone was yelling at me like that I think I would just drop and cry.
