Hi everyone.
This morning was cardio blasts from Drill Max followed by chest and back work on my own. Dogs kept getting in my way. One of them took her chew bone and placed it on the step and tried to lay at an angle and chew. Front legs on step holding bone, rest of body on floor. Luckily it was uncomfortable to her so I got my step back, LOL
Andrea, glad your temperatures cooled off. We have been having one cool day followed by a nice day all week long. Up, down, up, down, today is suppose to be a nice day. Then cold again tomorrow. Enjoy your new workouts.
Amelia, good for you for seeing the scale move in the right directly. Mine on the other has been moving ever since the holidays in the wrong direction. I have mentioned before that I play with the same 5 pounds. Well I'm at my high end of the five. That's the weight that I swear I will not go above ever again. So today I really need to watch what I eat, because if it goes up tomorrow when I weigh I will cry. Instead of crying I just need to do something about, like knock off the sweets. I sure wish I could lose that 5 and then I could work on those last 10.

Did any of you watch Biggest Loser last night. Bob lost it. I can’t even believe they aired so much of his outburst. He must have used the F word 10 times or more. It was bleeped, but still. After watching that I know I don’t push myself. Now all I have to do is imagine him training me and maybe I’ll make myself work harder. Although if someone was yelling at me like that I think I would just drop and cry.
