Hi Cathe,

Today, I did B&G and I just couldn't find my balance on the ab specifically the ball segments. Either the ball kept rolling away or I just couldn't find my balance (a pretty funny sight). Anyway, any suggestions on strengthening my balance/core while still trying to make these exercises effective?

Oh yes - don't know if I can wait till Christmas Day to preview Shock Cardio! I might have to preview and then wrap them for under the tree. Thanks so much for an awesome Christmas present.
