Butts&Gutts

Ok, here is my question. I was wondering what everyone thought of this workout. I love it, especially when I make my own workout using the Mix&Match. I do legs 2x a week. Since My schedule is kinda hectic, I have done heavy gym-style (my own make-up) for the past two weeks and I have really felt it. Tonight I did my own Butts&Gutts, but I am not really feeling anything, even though I had a good sweat going. I am thinking I might actually take the premixes and make a longer workout? I have also tried the leg blast premix and really like that too. Just let me know what all you guys do. Thanks.

Kristen,
I'm partial to the Leg Blast premix, but I was doing it so much for awhile there, I needed a break. Right now, I'm creating my own mish-moshes that I tack on before/after cardio (usually a run). I'm also on an LL kick. Those are my two favorite leg torture routines.

RE: Butts&Guts

I like to do the leg-blast premix, preceded by the warm-up and the ankle-weight floorwork.

When I do the workout 'as-is,' I don't feel I get as much out of the floorwork as I could because my muscles are fried by then. I like doing it at the beginning.

I also have never done the original workout with the ab work, as it makes the workout too long. I do like the bonus ab section a lot, but I do it on a different day from the leg work.
