I love butts and guts! It is one of the hardest wkouts! No doubt about it. Its a lengthy wkout so I admit I don't do it as often as I should but certainly need to revisit it. When I put my mind to it and focused on the lower body using this wkout..... I noticed a firm booty, dimples started to dissappear, saddle bags decreased, abs got tight, thighs got stronger. You can't go wrong with this gem. However, remember...if you want results you have to commit yourself. Do the wkout 2 or 3 times a week. I think I started to notice a change in my lower half during the 2 or 3 week. The "Rock bottoms" rotation is what really helped me. Good luck!
