Butts and Guts

I am interested in buying this. Would people please tell me how you use this. Is it a lower body workout or do you add parts of it on to your lower body workout. Also, I need help in the area where the leg and butt meet. My leg just sort of melts into the bottom of my rear. I have been doing gym style legs and this hasn't helped. Thanks, Melissa

You need 5 and 35 Lb barbell and a ball and ankle weights.
You will probably need little to no weights at 1st unless you are really advanced.
This one put me on fire. I do gs legs no problem.Heavying up...

Good luck . i say go for it. You will love it...
It is a full w/o or you can just do parts. It is one leg w/o you will never forget...for 3 days. LOL...

For some reason this workout gives me major Doms exactly where you are talking about. For me there are two parts standing and floorwork. I can only do one at a time.

This workout is unlike any other lower body workout I've ever done. Right now my preference is to do the leg blast premix, (which uses the leg press to hit that "thutt" area you talked about where the thigh and butt come together) followed by the floorwork. It's hard for me to get leg DOMS because I have strong leg muscles. But as Anne said, this gives me nice DOMS. You cannot go wrong with this purchase IMO.

I get DOMS in my glutes, quads, and hamstrings and I usually just do the standing work plus the inner thighs from the floor work then I add on calf exercises to make it a complete leg workout. I think this workout is a must have.

Thanks to all the quick replies. I go heavy with my weight work and usually keep up with Cathe. Anyhow, I am going to order it. Thanks. Melissa
