Butt and Gut rotation. HELP!!!

Hi All,

I was thinking about doing the Butt And Gut rotation from September 2005. I have a few questions is step works strictly cardio? If so can I just use any Cardio DVD that Cathe has made?

Second. What is CTX Step and Interval? IS that a cardio Circuit?

Third. What is hard core legs?

Tisha..... Step Works is strictly cardio... steady state cardio.

CTX Step and Intervals is on the CTX Xpress DVD. The step portion is about 35 minutes long. It is step with some interval work in it, all cardio.

Hard Core Legs is the same as GS (Gym Style) Legs, an all leg workout (weights)
 
Ok I have gym style legs can I sub All step with basic step. and i guess i will have to sub CTX with body fusion does that sound ok?
 
Yes you can sub the Basic Step for the 30 minute step routine. For CTX, Step and Intervals has chest work only in it. Maybe you can do only the chest portion of Body Fusion with a 30 minutes of step from Body Fusion (not sure about how long the step section is in Body Fusion, I don't have this one)
