Morning!

Today im doing a cardio coach on the treadmill and PUB.

How is everyone doing this morning? How was everyone's easter? I didn't over do it with easter dinner,we had ham so im sure im holding alot of water. Im going to really try and eat clean this week. Maybe the scale will start moving soon:(.

Hey all, last night's workout was P90X Chest & Back. My hubby didn't feel well, so I did it by myself. :( Our pull-up bar is across the house and you literally alternate pushups and pullups for much of the workout, so I just used a band on my door for the pullup sections. I didn't feel those that much, but the pushups were killer. I did them all on my knees b/c I didn't know what the workout would be like, and I didn't want to kill myself and not make it all the way through. Think I'll try more on my toes next time. I can't do one single dive-bomber pushup! They were at the end so I don't know if I could do one when I'm fresh, but I think this program will improve my upper body strength a ton. I need to find a more convenient way to do the pullups - the band I have isn't going to do it and I don't want to buy more bands. I'd rather do it the harder way. :p

I am thinking that the leg work is seriously lacking...I think I am going to add on the STS leg workouts. That way I'll FINALLY get to do some STS.

Tonight is the plyo workout. Wish me luck!

Workout done, CC V 5 challenges 1+2 then did PH abbs and some additional plank work.

Today is 4DS legs. It is also my lower calorie day...i have it set at 1600-1700 cals.

Hey guys! I've been having to work during Jude's (my son) naps and after putting him to bed at night, so I haven't been working out. I hope to get one in tonight. Eating has been pretty good.

How are you guys?

it took me a few days to catch on to the switch of threads again, sorry...:eek:

Whoever starts a new thread, how about posting a notice on the previous one that there is a new one? People like me would do really well with that.... lol!

I started meso 2 this week, let me just tell you that these workouts are super deceptive! They seem so doable and you alomst wonder if you should add more weight and then the next day, boy do you feel all areas worked!

Today I did step blast and sjp ab section. Eating is going well, didn't cheat over easter expecpt for the one cheatmeal. I have my measurements due this coming wednesday, it will be interesting how my low carb one month experiment panned out!

Cendrine-If i post another thread i will be sure to post about it in the old thread. Let us know the results of your measurments. I went down in my carb % back in feburary and got some pretty good results in my measurments(but I also started running,not sure what did it?)

Workoutoholic- Have a great workout tonight!!

workout done...did 40mins on the treadmill then did my own mix of some upper body reps. I hit all the major muscle's in the upper body. I had to finish watching my movie;) Burned 489cals

Sure I will share my measuring results! I know running helps a lot, but the eating is important too. You probably got the best of both!:)

Just did Firm Fat Blasting Cardio. I am going to have to wait and re-start P90X. The hubs is still not feeling well, and I really want to do it with him. I think. : )

I really want to buy Cathe's Power Tower. What do you guys think about it? I really want a squat rack too, though, and feel like I need that more. Decisions!

Workoutoholic-I say if you have the funds and the room, go for it! If i had the room for more workout machines i would have a gym by now...all my stuff is in my living room in the corner and stuffed under the couch and my treadmill is in my bedroom, barely squeezed in:confused:. Go for it girl:)

Workoutaholic, how nice of you to wait for your husband for the rotation! I hope you get good workouts while you wait!

I did disk 15 back and biceps, the chinups just about killed me:) and I went to failure on the biceps before anyone else in the crew... I should be feeling it tomorrow!

Eating is going well. I'm starting a 30 day liquid vitamin experiment tomorrow. I have taken vitamins for years but never the natural kind and never the liquid kind. I hope I notice a good change!

Were taking the kids fishing today. Were gonna stop by subway and bring it to the lake.(which will be the majority of my carbs for the day:rolleyes:)

Hi Guys,

today was a rest day for me. I did lots of walking though, since we spent the day at Disney Land. It was a great day and I am so jazzed to report that I ate clean, squeaky clean the whole day! :)

Meso 2 week 1 second round for me tomorrow.
