bulking up?

I have been doing the work-outs on fit tv 6 days a week for about 4 months and have seen great results. I have built mussle and have slimed down quite a bit. But now I am starting to feel a little bulked up, my jeans feel a little tight. I am eating well and haven't changed any habits recently , but I do feel a little tight in my clothes. Should I be working out every day or should I be skipping to every other day? What is a good schedual? Should I be doing something different?
 
Hi Cece! I tend to bulk if I use heavy weights on a continual basis. I find that if I do more "endurance" type workouts (lower weight/more reps) that I lean out more. I do okay putting in heavy work every now & then. Variety is good. Do you have Muscle Endurance, Power Hour or Leg's & Glutes? These type of workouts work well with my body type. Also, do not work the same muscles two days in a row. Strive to work each muscle group twice a week. Be sure to add cardio to the mix too. Have FUN!
