The past few years I've been getting soft bulges on the sides of my neck right above the collar bone but they have been getting bigger with the weight lifting I've been doing with weights and barbell on your dvds. I asked my doctor about them but she said she had never seen anything like them but it could be fatty tissue. I notice them more when I lift my arms. Could they be from lifting weights? I would feel better if I knew what causes them to bulge
