Is it possible to bulid muscle while breastfeeding?I have read somewhere that the hormones are thrown off a little making it very diificult if not impossible to do so. I am currently nursing a 13 month old that shows no signs of weaning about 4-5 times a day ( I know that sounds crazy) but I am not sure if I should stick to a fatloss rotaion or strength?I am looking to lose about 10-12 pounds.THank you
