Hey there- you guys rock-you really seem to pump each other up- I keep coming back to this site-not getting anything done- anyway I was told I should put my questions over here to get more response- I have been working out for years (step/jumping rope) but have taken up weight lifting this last year (the Firm/Kathy Smith LWLW0) and in the last 2 months discovered Cathe's Muscle Endurance and Cardio & Weights (which I love)-I do one or the other 3 x week- and I can lift what she weighs sometimes a little less depending on the exercise. I also jump rope FAST 40 min. 4-6 x week and take 2-3 4mi. brisk walks/week. I am 5t. 108-112 pd.s I am not really lean but have a slight build- I would like to know how long is it going to take me to get that "cut" cathe look? Do I need to take supplements-protein/shakes/pills (I don't want to)What DVDs should I buy of hers next (cuz I'm gonna) pyramid?slow & heavy??How much muscle weight should I expect to gain once I get that cathe "cut" look (assuming I can).I really want to step it up a notch and start seeing more muscle (there is some). I try to eat healthy but will work on eating even more veggies, protein & fish-thanks for anyones time on spent on this-deb

I think for maximum muscle gains, you will want to go with either Slow and Heavy or the Gym Styles. S&H is different from anything else Cathe has put together and really focuses on strength. The GS have a faster pace so they may promote more endurance than strength, BUT many ladies have had great success with these. Ideally you could get both sets and do S&H for three weeks, then do a GS rotation.

Good luck!!

i agree with Marie.i have been doing her workouts for years but never looked lean until doing p90x if u really want to show off some muscle!
it only took a few workouts to notice an improvement.
