Morning Ladies,
Yesterday was Peak Fit Pure Cardio!

Now that is a workout, and I actually liked it. There is some kickboxing mixed with hi/lo type moves. I usually don't enjoy hi/lo, but this wasn't horrid.

Today is my off day, even though I have been off some of this week.

I just don't have enough time to get in a workout with having to leave for dd's dance class right when I get home. Back is very slightly sore, so I think it is getting better.
Sam, Don't be bummed about your workouts, it appears to me that you did a great job with them.

I was surprised that I enjoyed the Pure Cardio even though it had hi/lo. I'm such a klutz, that some of it was frustrating. But the moves got better for me, because she does go over it a couple of times. Felt really accomplished when I was able to get the move.

I jumped on Peak Fit, because it was way cheaper than when it first came out. I'm going to put the two newer workouts that she did after this set, on my Christmas List.
Karen, Michelle sure does move fast on some of her kb moves, but I was able to pick up the moves pretty quickly. I had sweat running into my eyes by the end. Dang did that hurt.

The Pure Cardio does remind me of Insanity, but a lot more fun. At least for me it had the same intensity. I like the workouts that you are winging though.
Brenda, I love how you get in those extra moves in.
