Felt great this morning, but I'm sticking with my vow to not workout until at least Sunday.
Sam, Sorry to hear that your DS is sick. I would keep those firms, they are something that you have as a go to. Sounds like you had a very busy evening.
Sue, My dd has off on Monday. I don't have any idea why, they usually send a reminder about days off. I don't remember seeing anything on this one. I'm hoping that Chris Fretag keeps doing more workouts like the 10lb Slimdown. Hopefully she will be doing them with Prevention.
Susan, Did you get snow, we had some last night. Nothing that really stuck around though. DD and I where driving in it last night, and had Christmas music on the radio as we where going home. Sorry to hear that your dd wasn't feeling well either. I know all about those dang headaches. This morning was beautiful waking up without one.
heartymax, WTG on getting 30/30 in this morning. Those tough short workouts are awsome to get you started in the morning. I have worked out with headaches in the past, guess that is what made me stop and "chill out".
