Buff Badgers Week of June 16

Hi!

Saturday was KPC. Sunday was no workout day. This morning I did Gym Style Chest and Tri's. I was very proud of myself that I managed to do all the drop set push ups on my toes. I think that's only the 2nd time I was able to do that. Gave myself a pat on the back after that.

This morning was BM2 Cardio Blast. Left leg was feeling pretty good so I wanted to do one of my favorite step workouts.

Hi Brenda. Sorry I didn't check in last week. I got in about 3 work outs. Today was a mixture of squats, dips, mountain climbers etc. For a quick morning routine. Crazy busy as school is not out for me til end of the month. At least kids get out tomorrow which frees up my time without packing lunches and other stuff.
 
This morning I did GS Back, Shoulders, and biceps. My chest is still feeling it from Monday.

Hi Hearty - Wow, not done with school until the end of the month. I'm guessing that was due to all the lovely snow days this past winter. Hopefully things will calm down for you after that.
 
Brenda---I am 11 months so I always work the entire month of June. The boys got out yesterday so they are excited.

It has been so hot lately. This morning I did Burnsets for biceps and triceps and abs from HC.

A colleague is retiring so I have a celebration this evening.

This morning I did Hardstrikes and followed that with 4DS Kickbox portion only.

Hi Hearty - enjoy the retirement party tonight.

Have to cut grass at No No's restaurant after work today, provided it's not raining.

This morning I did Turbo Barre. I skipped the upper body and floor work which was upper body as well and focused on leg conditioning. I have only done this workout one other time, I think. I think I need to focus on leg conditioning for a while. I don't know which leg tired out first the working one or the one I was standing on.
