Brenda---I absolutely love your logo. The purple and pink is a beautiful color combination. Yep! You can tell they are people now too. This company did a fabulous job! You should be very pleased.

No holiday for me today. It's a make up snow day from a few weeks ago. The rest days were really good for me. I was able to start back with some cardio on the elliptical on Friday. Saturday was Party Rockin Step 2. I also started doing push ups again. Saturday was 8,9,9,10,13 with 60 seconds rest as indicated in the 100 push up challenge. I just picked up with week 2 in stead of week 1. Sunday's workout was Cross Fire before church. This morning was SLOW and HEAVY triceps, biceps and abs. OMG--I think I can roast a marshmallow on my triceps right now--they are definitely on fire. I got in my push ups before slow heavy and today was 10,8,8,9,13.

Sam----I didn't do anything special for Valentines. DH and I usually don't go out to dinner due to the crowds. We will plan a date night later.
 
Hello!

Saturday I did ROKO w/bonus. Had fun with that. Sunday was my no workout day. Between Sat & Sunday I got my workout area in the basement functional so this morning I got to workout in my new workout area. This morning I did X-Train Chest, Back, and shoulders. It was great doing heavier weights and doing something different.

OMG!!!! I absolutely love my new workout area. I seriously felt like I was in Cathe's studio. I'm going to try and get some pictures taken before DH packs the camera away for his trip to Canada (he leaves on Weds).

Hearty - Thanks! I was very pleased with the job the company did on the logo, business cards, and I picked up my little flyer on Friday. DH suggest I add color to it so I went with my two favorite colors and love the way it turned out. Great job on the workouts!! DH & I waited until Saturday to go out for dinner for Valentine's day.

A light snow last night to what we already had so a two hour delay this morning. I did Rhythmic Step. It has been a long time and steady state cardio just feels good. For some reason I didn't feel as wiped out. I guess that's after doing Cross Fire over the weekend can make this one seem like a piece of cake.
I also did three 1 minute planks with a 60 second rest in between each of them. The third plank was tough but I managed to get it in.

I have to make this quick... This morning I did BM2 cardio blast and had a total blast. It's been a long time since I did that workout and step. It kicked my butt.

I was going to load pictures last night but the computer was not cooperating with me. I won't be able to tonight as I'm going on a date with DH before he leaves for his Canada trip in the morning.

Hearty - Rhythmic Step is one I've never learned. Maybe someday

Good Afternoon!

This morning I did X-Train Bi's & Tri's and core #1. Felt great to really work the muscles.

My date with DH last night was very nice. He headed out around 5:30 this morning to Canada.

Nice to have some warmer temps today along with some sunshine. Back to the colder temps by weekend.

I am delighted about the warm temperature today too Brenda!!

Today was pushups and Slow and heavy shoulders. Didn't have time to do leg sections.
 
Good Afternoon!

This morning I did Tabata's 2-4 from Tabatacise and Stretch Max. It was nice to be able to do the step portion.

DH arrived safely in Canada and they put their snowmobiles on the train at 8:30 this morning.

Hi Hearty - Today we have rain/snow mix. I hope the temps stay up high enough so it doesn't start freezing. I haven't done slow & heavy in a really long time.

Happy Friday!

This morning I did Tri-Sets Lower Body. This is the first time in the last 3 1/2 months that I focused on legs. It felt good even though it was hard. Then I did some extra stretching on my own afterwards.
