Sam - I'm enjoying the weather, too. Hoping to get outside for a walk this weekend. I've been feeling the no energy thing, too. I know it's because I need to catch up on sleep. Hopefully both of us will do that this weekend and get some great workouts in next week.
Heartymax - Hmmm. . .I don't know if I have a favorite S90 workout. I like the leg workout because it's short and I like Cardio Challenge because of the 30 second rests! LOL GREAT job on your pushup challenge!
Susan - When you say you're going to do something (like running) you really do it! Great job getting those runs in. Do you listen to music as you run?
Karen - Good luck in your race!
Laurie - Awesome workouts as usual. I'll pray it doesn't rain on Saturday except overnight but not enough to make things muddy.
I took a rest day on Wednesday (lazy/tired). Last night I did S90 Legs and my inner thighs and butt is SORE today! It's been awhile since I did a leg workout and my muscles are complaining. Tonight I'll do S90 Shoulders and Arms. Tomorrow is S90 Ultimate Ball and Sunday is S90 Tabata Inferno.
DS started "2 a days" this week for football and he's been eating me out of house and home! The linemen start at 12:30 and he goes until 6:30 with a half hour break. He says they do the conditioning at the end so it's not 6 hours of intense workout but they're outside the whole time in the hot sun and he has a nasty sunburn on his arms. Too smart to listen to his mom and wear sunscreen I guess. Quiet weekend ahead. Looking forward to reading "Sarah's Key" and catching up on sleep.
