Buff Badgers Week of 4/13

Good Morning!

Friday I did the cardio portion from X10 Low Impact followed by AOLIH. Saturday I did Flex Train. Sunday was my rest day. This morning I thought about doing Afterburn but wasn't up for it so I did the kickboxing class I put together that I'll be teaching next month.

I will love it when I can start doing some impact. It's a bummer when I can't do something so simple as jumping jacks or jump rope. May 6th will be 6 months and no impact restriction is lifted. I will gradually get myself back into jumping around. Looking forward to it.

You definitely have to feel your best to tackle AfterBurn. It's tough. May 6th is around the corner.

Today was disc 4 and all did all pushups from my knees til I get my strength back. Still a lot either way. :).
 
Good Morning! This morning I did XTrain Chest, Back, and Shoulders and ab work.

Meso 1 of STS has a lot of push ups in it. Haven't decided yet when I want to toss in a little STS. Yeah for you for doing all those push up even if it was from your knees. Its tough.
 
This morning was Plyo Hiit One. Well, I guess it was more like an attempt of Plyo Hiit One. I finished 16 minutes and then jumped on the elliptical for 20 minutes of cardio. Those Plyo Hiit workouts are so tough. I don't know if I will ever be able to do them. I took breaks even in the 16 minutes. I just figured I would do as much as I could and then finish on the elliptical which is what I did.

I love Xtrain and think it is one of the better series.
 
Good Morning!

This morning I did Cardio Coach Press Play. I skipped the last challenge. Had a great sweat fest going on.

Obviously because of my hip I haven't even attempted Plyo HiiT, haven't even previewed to see what it's all about. I do XTrain workouts quite often. The three workouts that I can do from RWH I do like. Once my hip flexor muscles are doing better, I would like to start getting back into the leg workouts. All in time.

Good Morning!

This morning I did XTrain Bi's, Tri's and core. Had a really good workout. Had good strength.

I'm so glad it's getting towards the end of the week. This has been a long rough week in many aspects. I just want it to be over with. Trying hard to stay positive.

My colleague is on bed rest due to complications with pregnancy so it has been a busy week for me. I was tired and took a nap that turned into sleeping all night and still didn't get up early enough to workout. So I am looking forward to the end of the week too. Those Plyo workouts are crazy.
 
Good Morning and HAPPY FRIDAY!!

I really wanted to do Afterburn this morning but with work and other stuff going on at home kicking my butt this week, I just didn't have it in me. I did MMA Boxing and did some low impact moves where she did the foot work.

Tomorrow I have an acupuncture appt and I'm so looking forward to it. I need some alone, quiet time for me.
