Buff Badgers week of 12/10

Hi!!

Wow... surprised I'm kicking us off for the week. This morning I got back into the workouts and it felt great. Left hip flexor is still super tight so I still have issues there but I did do Cardio Supersets and tossed in some high reps of bicep curls, bent over dumbbell rows and tricep kickbacks. Wanted the rest of the muscles to feel somewhat worked.

I had a very productive weekend. Got my parents house cleaned and my own and got the rest of my Christmas decorations up and got some more x-mas shopping done.
