Good Afternoon!!

Quick run down of my last few days.

Friday had MS3 shoulders, bi's, and tri's. Proud moment of the workout was using 25's when I did the concentration curls. Saturday I did Cathe's greatest hits, which was fun. Sunday I was out in my veggie garden picking what I could so I can start cleaning out the garden. Today I had MS3 Chest and Back. I discovered I need to get heavier plates for my barbell. Getting at least 1 45# db would be nice.

Recovering from a viral bug that had me down for a few days. Felt mych better and managed to get in a 3 mile run after work. It was a tough run after being sick and rain and sick chikd kept me from running but 1 day last week.

Brenda--Meso 3 can make you feel real STRONG:). You have eased right through.
 
Good evening! Saturday was X10 Low Impact followed by D2S Phase 3 Countdown Metabolic. It was a great workout. No workout yesterday. Today was D2S Phase 3 Strength 2. I think this workout is my favorite from the whole D2S series. I would definitely incorporate it again in the future.

I had a great weekend. Saturday my family came over to celebrate my birthday. I got some basic clothing items that I really needed, and my SIL gave me a bunch of stuff from Lush cosmetics. I love all of it. I've gone from being too intimidated to go into that store to wanting to work there :p

Sunday I watched the Packers win then went shopping with a gift card my MIL gave me to TJ Maxx. I love that place :)

Brenda- Now that I'm getting into the weights more, I really should seriously think about getting STS. It's just so much money...

Heartymax- Sorry to hear you were sick, but I'm happy to hear you're feeling better. Way to get that run in!

Hi there! Over slept a bit this morning so I did X10, timesaver#2,low impact + step. It was tough and fun.

The weekend was Homecoming and I had kids here all weekend, in my family room (where I workout!) Saturday I got Flex Train done. Sunday, I did not get one in.:(

Brenda, you just made me realize I never received my "Greatest Hits" from my pre-order! I am going to have to contact somebody about that. I just assumed it would come with my order, but it didn't. :(

Good morning! I finally did all of PRS #2. That is a sweaty mess workout for sure! And I didn't even use risers because my legs were feeling kind of sore from yesterday.

Susan- Nice workouts this weekend. I hope you can get your hands on the Greatest Hits dvd. It's all repeat footage, but still, it's a free workout!

I'm off to the showers and then to pick up DS from school. I think this will be a snuggle in and watch TV kind of afternoon, at least for a little while. Have a great day!
 
Good Afternoon!

This morning I did All Out Low Impact Hiit. I repeated the step portion twice and only did two of the disc exercises and majority of the abs from Core 1 followed by the stretch. Had a good workout.

Hearty - Sorry you weren't feel well. Glad to hear your on the road to recovery. That is one thing I like about Meso3. Reminds you how strong you truly are.

Sam - Glad you had a nice birthday and that you got some very nice gifts. I know STS is expensive but I wouldn't definitely put it on your list for furture purchases.

Susan - I would definitely contact them about getting your copy of the Greatest Hits. How did you like Flex Train. It looks like a good workout. Can't wait to try more of the new workouts.

Enjoy the rest of your day. I'm in training at work and we're breaking for lunch. Start in again at 1pm until 4'ish. Have training Weds and Thurs as well.

Hi there! This morning was Lean Legs and Abs. It was a good workout. Some of the same exercises she does in Great Glutes are repeated here, but hey, they work! :D

Brenda, I liked Flex Train, but I thought it could use more chest and biceps. My shoulders and triceps got fried though. Her leg work is just the right amount since she also has Lean Legs and Great Glutes.

Sam, I do like PR2! :D I had to stop and rewind a few times and I probably said a few words I shouldn't have, but I caught on quicker than I expected!

Good Afternoon!

Today I had Meso3 Plyo Legs and did some of the extended stretch. Focused more on the legs.

I broke down and I made an appt. with an orthopedic doc about my hip to see what my options are. I hoping they can go in my hip joint and scrape some of the build up away and open the space up. I have that appt. next Tues at 10am.

My DH and I are off of work all next week. YEAH!! We always take the week off of our anniversary (which is the 23rd). We'll be doing a fair amount of work and some play and relax time starting Thurs afternoon. Then Saturday the 26th we have a 2 hours couple massage planned. Can't wait.

Susan - Glad you're liking the new workouts.

Sam--I haven't tried the PR workouts or previewed yet. Happy belated birthday.

Susan--sounds like you had a house full of fun.

Brenda- Flex those biceps :).

Today was a very humid 3 mile run. My hamstrings are sore.
 
Hi gang. Late check in today. It's been busy. Today was Rockout Knockout. I added the "heavy bag" stuff, but I don't have a heavy bag, but it was still fun! I did tell hubby we should invest in one cause the whole family could benefit from it!:D

Brenda enjoy your time off next week! Hope the weather is nice for you, but it looks like cool weather is coming!

Hi everyone. I forgot to check in yesterday for some reason. I did D2S Phase 3 Strength 1. I was absolutely dripping at the end. That workout is a butt-kicker. Today I did HIIT 30/30, and I think I could use a good stretch later.

Brenda- :( I'm so sorry about all your struggles with hip pain. I hope there are some good options for you.

Susan- Cathe should know some of the stuff I've said to her... then again, she probably has a pretty good idea :)

Heartymax- Baby those hamstrings. That race is coming up soon, right?

Good Afternoon!!

This morning I did the Step portion only of Intensity and followed that with Stretch Max (no equipment). The long stretch felt great.

Hearty - I'll take your humid weather over our cold temps. :)

Susan - I wish I had more room in my workout area because I would love to get a punching bag.

Sam - I've been dealing with my hip issues. As you can tell despite my pain afterwards I haven't let it slow me down in the workouts. Everyone thinks I'm nuts but when I'm working out is when it feels the best. I would think because I'm warm and moving.

Hi there! Today was Great Glutes! I love how this BURNS my booty!! By the end of her floor work I can no longer feel my rear, it's numb!!:eek:

Brenda I am the same way about my achilles issue. It aches when I get done working out, but I am dealing with it the best I can.

Sam, great workouts!:) I love dripping when I am done, as long as its not during the warm up!:p

So looking forward to my rest day tomorrow! I will still check in here though! See you then~ Susan

I just finished D2S Phase 3 Strength 2. My butt is nice and quivery from the KB swings at the end :)

Susan- Ooooo.... that makes me want to try Great Glutes. I'm very focused on my butt lately (that sounds weird). I can't wait to give the new strength workouts a try when I'm done with D2S.

Brenda- I'm so impressed with you working right through the hip problems. I do know what you mean about sore areas feeling best while you're working out. The more I move, the less pain I have.

Hi Hearty!

I get to babysit my godson tonight for a couple of hours. I'm really looking forward to it. He's almost four months old now, which is just the cutest time of babyhood, I think :)
